6. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
- Order confirmation will be shared via email/SMS once payment is verified.
- In cases of pricing errors or product unavailability, The money will be credited to whatznext? consumer wallet & you may choose to buy another product with the same money.
7. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept major payment methods - credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
- Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
- Whatznext? does not store full card or banking details.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Delivery timelines are displayed at checkout but may vary due to external factors. Standard delivery timeline 3-5 working days.
- In case of delays caused by logistical partners or force majeure events, Whatznext? will not be liable for the consequential losses.
- You will receive tracking details once your order ships and final email confirmation from our end once the order is delivered.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We encourage customers to carefully review product information and sizing before purchase to minimize unnecessary returns.
